My name is Nellie, and I am the proud founder of Concierge By NRC Mobile Services. With years of experience as a certified phlebotomist and a dedicated phlebotomy instructor, I’ve had the privilege of not only caring for patients directly but also training the next generation of healthcare professionals. Teaching has deepened my commitment to excellence, patience, and precision—qualities I bring into every appointment with my clients. I created Concierge By NRC Mobile Services to make healthcare more convenient and stress-free by bringing professional services directly to you.

How It Works
Concierge By NRC Mobile Services is built on convenience, integrity, and trusted care. Our certified and experienced phlebotomist come directly to your home, workplace, or facility to provide the services you need. We make the process simple and stress-free. Once your specimen is collected, it is securely prepared and sent to the appropriate laboratory for testing. Results are tracked, reviewed, and reported back through your ordering provider or testing service to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
