1. What services do you provide?

We offer a wide range of mobile services, including routine and STAT blood draws, physician-ordered lab collections, DNA testing, DOT and NON-DOT drug testing, specialized draws. All services are performed in the comfort of your home, workplace, or facility.

2. How do I book an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment by phone or email. A $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Once your lab requisition is sent to info@conciergebynrc.com and approved, we’ll confirm your appointment and provide details about your remaining balance.
 

3.  Do I need to fast before my blood draw?

Some tests require fasting for 6–8 hours prior to your appointment. Please follow your physician’s instructions, and remember to drink plenty of water the day before to make the process smoother. If you’re unsure whether fasting is needed, check with your provider before scheduling.

4.   How quickly will I get my results?

For most lab-processed tests, results are available within 24–72 hours. Certain tests can take up to 7-10 business days depending on the lab.
