Cancellation Policy

-Early DNA Gender Testing: Can be performed starting at 7 weeks of pregnancy with a physician’s order or approved testing partner. Concierge By NRC partners with company's like Sneak Peek and PEEK-A-BOO. -Drink plenty of water prior to your appointment to help with sample collection. -A $100 fee deposit is required to secure your appointment. The $100 goes towards your total balance. -Final payment is due at the time of your appointment. -Additional fees may apply based on mileage, test type, age, and location. You will be notified of your remaining balance via email once your requisition is received. -Please notify Concierge By NRC at least 48 hours in advance if -you need to cancel or reschedule so that other clients may be accommodated. To cancel, call (657)-566-2588 and leave a detailed voicemail, or reply to your original conformation email and SMS. -All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if appointments are NOT canceled within the 48 hours. -In the event of cancellation by the patient the $100 deposit will be retained. Concierge by NRC mobile services does not bill insurance providers directly. -Clients are responsible for submitting claims to their own insurance company for possible reimbursement using the insurance codes. -Insurances codes:        36415    36416     99195​
